well even with that horrible attitude, I recommend trying his method. Super simple compared to heat up the pan and pour in batter, etc.

I messed up the popovers. They didn’t pop up as much as they should have. Going to give them another go this week.

Prime rib turned out good though. Going to use some of the leftovers tonight in a prime rib hash.

We saw some indoor "snowballs" yesterday. They were marked 50% off, so we bought some. Since her nieces and nephews have never seen snow, we thought it would be cool to bring them next December.

Recipe wasn’t the problem. I measured out the ingredients earlier in the day for all of the food and I think I accidentally used the amount of melted butter I intended for the hollandaise sauce in the pop overs and vice versa. Was easy to fix the hollandaise, but not the popovers.
