There's actually two facilities in Cooperstown. Dreams Park, and All Star Village.

Crazy business they do.

Fifteen weeks of tournaments, registration is $20-25K per team. The week we were there, there were 52 teams. That's $1.125MM in registration fees. I think that's on the high end of teams per week, but let's say they average 35 teams a week, times 15 weeks, times the two venues, that's $23.625MM.

Not to mention all the money families spend on hotels/vrbos/restaurants, etc. We estimated that with all the family travel expenses included, our team probably probably dropped around $50K on that tournament. Fucking crazy. It was a neat experience, though.
