As a private PT who works on refers I typically don’t take on liberal clients. Too lazy and they can’t afford me anyways.

People don’t drop $80 a pop into my PayPal for pictures of stuff I eat because I beat around the bush with them. This is the deal. If you do everything I tell you to do your life will change dramatically for the better. Up to you.

Just yesterday I sent a friend in Ohio a picture of himself. Asked him if everything was okay and if he wanted some help. He asked me if being fat made him a bad person. I asked him if he felt good or bad about being fat.

That guy is now on the road to a newer, better, healthier, thinner less stressful more inspiring life because he finally accepted that he was a fat miserable unhappy person who felt bad about himself.

$80 is not a lot for that kind of honesty, attention and some pictures of egg whites.
