Honestly, I’m prob responsible for its rise to fame in America about 20 years ago. It had been around for a long time. I started working in a prime located PowerHouse Gym. I was a huge MM fan and my protein shakes became famous locally. All 3 of our gyms went from having jugs full of dust on the shelves to struggling to keep it in stock after that. Soon after it spread like wildfire.

I find all Cytosport products to be high quality.
 
I've been hovering at a 188 morning weigh in for several weeks now. Been working out more but not like I need to. Offshot is I've consumed a substantial amount of beer in the same time frame so if nothing else the working out is keeping the beer cals at bay
