Commanders fire DL coach Mills, cite 'philosophy'

Commanders coach Ron Rivera cited a "difference of philosophy" as the reason for firing defensive line coach Sam Mills on Tuesday. Mills had been with Rivera since 2011 and is being replaced by his assistant, Jeff Zgonina.

Probably right, but I know that Rivera is serious about the vax because of his own health issues. And if the NFL isn't mandating it then it could just be a team issue and what better way to explain it than just "difference of philosophy".
