mozzarella sticks, pizza, wings
Yeah, Mozz sticks was the only thing I wanted, but had to leave out. If I substituted for it, it would have to be pizza though. Been forever since I have had some nachos.... and we are making them tonight lol.

im havin pizza nachos breadsticks wings today so im covered but the nachos on there are not my style im picky so "loaded" for me is salsa cheese and meat maybe some beans, i dont want none of that foofoo other crap like olives or sour cream or guac

Dude, I am the same way. I am fine with pico de gallo, but would prefer it not on there. Other than that, I might have sour scream, not sure, but no guac, no jalapenos, olives, etc... I have a weird palate, it is all about texture to me. There are few things that I have found the taste to be intolerable, but somehow (probably in childhood somewhere) my brain got wired that certain foods need to feel/taste a certain way. I can all of that stuff independently, but it ruins the nachos for me.

Oh and the beans gotta be black. #BBM Black beans matter.

But yeah, we are having nachos and these mini baked ham and swiss sliders on hawaiian rolls. Really good.

i mean i could have made it Keto, i made keto pizza using those tortillas and buttering and broiling one side then flipping, topping and cooking like normal pizza, was actually really really really good. but no, today is a mega cheat day lol. Over the holidays i found some bad ass keto dinner rolls that made some really good garlic bread with the leftovers (apparently i was the only one eating them cuz the wife went full overboard on cheatin lol) but nah im not worried about it today ill workout tomorrow morning a lil extra hard and by wednesday the ol plumbing and gut microbiome will be back to "normal"

Dude, I am the same way. I am fine with pico de gallo, but would prefer it not on there. Other than that, I might have sour scream, not sure, but no guac, no jalapenos, olives, etc... See i hate sour cream, im a texture person too which is what keeps me away from a ton of stuff. I like salsa but loathe fresh peppers of any kind. olives and jallopeeenoz can lick muh as well.

Beans i can eat any kinda bean i dont eat them often so when i do i like variety.
 
My daughter is bringing the loaded nachos. She serves em up like a buffet bar. If'n you don't like something, eat from a different area of the platter

I've made tortilla pizzas too. They aren't as bad as I thought they would be. No lie, the wife is out shopping right now and JUST text me a picture of the Mama Lupes zero carb tortillas to make sure they were the same ones you showed me. She is out getting them right now.

When I was little, my mom loved eating stuff peppers... since then, I haven't touched one lol.

Yeah, I don't mind pinto or whatever, but black beans are my preferred bean.

actually no going keto is a lot more fiber. going off keto makes me all liquid but i have genetics against me when it comes to stomach crap, processed foods dont do well in my family lol so eating keto restores the balance and keeps me from having issues.

Aldi's for the dinner rolls it was around the holidays not sure if it is an always thing or not they were actually good and i think they were like 1g carb per roll which is insane

Im a picky eater, i dont eat much in the way of rabbit food which makes keto harder for me than for someone who doesnt mind eating more rabbit food.

meh lettuce tastes like grass with a lil extra water, i dont get the appeal. i bulk up my foods with the tortillas since each one is 15g fiber.

Usually i take cheese and chicken or some meat and put it in there.

keto is also makin sure you have the right kinda diet you gotta be under 50g carbs per day (i go even lower usually under 10) i can see how if you eat high fat but arent in ketogenesis you'd be a lil squirty ;) fiber instead of flour ftw

I am gonna have to try this out. A buddy of mine that does keto said to keep it at 20g or under of carbs a day in order to hit ketosis. I haven't done any research myself.
