Life questions

No but with rent generated you can pay someone to manage it and then buy a different house and live off the rent forever. That's why you go big enough to compensate someone to handle it
Been there, done that.

Manage that rent right, cuz yer spending a bunch on fixing shit each tenant turnaround.

You can NEVER MOVE. Or sell it.

I'd say that's pretty fucking FOREVER.
you know folks have second homes, right? I'm never moving out of there, but there's a huge loop hole on how you can still jump around the world.

You can never move, MEANS you have to LIVE there.

Lol not the same thing, you're thinking of some rat infested Montana barn. I'm talking posh shyscraper on its own private massive lake with amenities

no need to try and explain, he went for groceries for 5 years over a house that could take up an entire continent.

Define living there?

My ex-wife got jury duty on a case with a guy that was claiming his place in NYC as his primary residence when he clearly wasn't living there. She said she was shocked at how obvious it was.

Well groceries isn't terrible I haven't picked my 3rd thing because I need answers if the luxury car stays in perfect condition regardless of accident or wear and no taxes or insurance then that's a must.

But that's permanent residence, but how do you define living there?

Is it moving to own another house?

Meh. I got 5 years of free food, while yer ass is confined to the lone investment you can ever actually profit off of, for life.

You can make believe shit all you want, but you know that shit is some stuccoed, 90's shithole, wherein every inch is tiled and/or has godawful orange carpet.

You cannot move=primary residence.

Nope that a leap.

Is it moving if you own multiple dwellings?
Nope. But one is your primary residence.

But you cannot SELL.

You wanna rent your continent-sized house, have fucking at it.

Like I said originally...enjoy being a slumlord. It sucks. And the higher the rent, the more it sucks, so....

Some people never leave the towns they're born in. You gotta be stupid to not realize that's a bad option. For someone that is self employed, you have got to make health care the auto magic. No payments monthly, no copay or shitty high deductible. If, and/or when, you're going to need something expensive, and it might be often. To never have to worry about that would be great to have your entire life.
