I am not sure why this thread was bumped. My mistake for not getting full facts of Contract before posting. USC literally bought his home in LA, I would say he made out like a bandit in the deal.

Yeah, there was a lot of unique things in the Contract that totally killed the logic behind my OP and the logic behind this entire thread. Shame on me for jumping the gun. Then we got off on topics about how successful he could be, hw Oklahoma vs. USC stack up as markets and programs, and then I dropped out and it continued on between OU and USC fans.

It was bumped because an Oklahoma fan was telling me I didn’t know shit because I said that hiring Venable did not instantly make the team tougher.

Oklahoma hasn’t even played a good team yet and are already 3-2

To be fair, I am wondering about TCU based on their body of work so far. They could be a very good team. Jury is still out.
