i was born in '91, so my main exposure to Fouts was when Brent Musburger basically told him to shut the hell up in the Waterboy movie when Fouts kept saying "ITS THE FOURTH QUARTER, YOU CANT HOLD ANYTHING BACK!"

I honestly never understood why some people go crazy over early recruiting rankings.

There are so many factors and there are so many different things that can change relatively quickly to really take it seriously.

It's just stupid and pointless.

Exactly. Ducks fans just saw their teams life flash before their eyes, so they're a little shook right now.

As I've been saying, lack of talent has not been and never is the issue at USC. Lack of coaching is and has been the issue.

Lincoln Riley should correct that.

And as you point out, there are California kids that committed to Riley at OU that have de-committed and from what has been said, most, if not all, are now projected to USC. In fact, it was reported yesterday that 5* QB Malachi Nelson has already contacted Riley about USC. The kid played his high school ball 30 miles from campus.
