I think people's expectations for Tom Brady with the Bucs was a little too lofty. I think Tom will adjust, but it's going to take a few weeks and it's not going to be enough.

That said, I have no zero faith that Bruce Arians can figure it out. They looked like a team that hadn't received any coaching.
