Highly unlikely. No hurricanes here. Just lots of fresh water and some snow.

Been looking for a new place around here and the amount of GIGANTIC new home development being built around me is staggering.

Love how my county thinks so little of themselves that they won’t charge developers impact fees. The roads are apocalyptic, and only to get worse.

maybe they are but what would be the point of replacing them if they are going to just get torn up again

The people that bought my house in Wilmington North Carolina just put for sale at over 200K more than I sold it for after just a year. I thought I did great when I made 60K off of it in two years.

The Yankees are going anywhere there is sun and a beach with no liberal taxes. Of course the idiots still vote Democratic because for some reason it hasn’t occurred to them that liberal ideals are what makes their home states unlivable.

It is always a nice place to vacation in the winter months but I wouldn't want to live there.
