Lost the bestest boy today

I hate to hear that Pete, I lost my family dog a few weeks after Christmas this year.

15-year-old lab mix best dog I ever had. She was a good girl and she took care of my kids.

Found him this morning, in his favorite place to nap, over looking his territory. Thought he was asleep and hard of hearing....

Hardest part of the whole ordeal, aside from figuring out what to do with a 125lb German Shepard corpse, was sitting on thw information, and having to tell my daughter(21) that her shadow had passed.

No matter where we were, that dog was with the kids. He would just follow the kids everywhere they went. Great protector and playmate. He only bit me when I was fucking with my wife or daughter. Couple of times he really let me know it was more than enough for his liking. Always let him win in those scenarios.
