He has a job for life at Loyola and his recruiting is only getting better. His family is settled and his daughter is playing on the women's team. I don't see him going anywhere.

He needs to work it into a raise and a contract extension.

They don't have the money but he doesn't have the pressure either. With the talent he is starting to get he can win his conference consistently and make the tourney at least ever couple of years and everyone is happy. On the flip side he can walk around campus and eat in the city without much issue.

If you coach at Indiana then you're in a pressure cooker, inside a fish bowl and have to deal with an unbelievable amount of crap. He has the perfect job for him. Hell I'm pretty sure he runs the Twitter account himself.
