If you plan to add noodles, make sure you don't put them in before freezing the leftovers. They get real mushy after having been frozen.

You can add noodles to whatever portion you are going to eat and then make another portion of noodles when you thaw the rest.

Got our half beef for the year organized in the freezer. Enough ground beef to last @SlinkyRedfoot a solid month.

Realized I have a ton of soup bones. Time to make a few batches of beef stock. Takes damn near all day though to make the good stuff and I have enough soup bones for at least 4-5 batches. Big task for the next few weekends.
