The 2008 and 2009 games were also pretty wild. 2004 also deserves a mention if only for being a 6-4 game.

I haven't really understood the rule. It had to do with the ball not crossing the line of scrimmage or maybe it did. UNI recovered it. Iowa was trying to take a few seconds off before recovering it but UNI guy recovered it and it gave them the ball back. They tried the 1st FG on 2nd or 3rd down so they did have another play. and Iowa blocked the FG again.
