How come I get kicked off line (yet it says I am connected to my wifi)? I have to restart my computer just to get back online... I have done the "clear cache" and "forget network" and reinstall nonsense and it still happens

I get that sometimes with my hotspot on my phone. I just disconnect and then reconnect. Takes 5 seconds.

On a serious note, I do think that is one of the largest infrastructure issues affecting this country. With so many services now embedded online that puts rural communities in a very difficult position.
