Yeah the NFL game is a whole other world in comparison to college football. In a million different ways. I agree with Arizona State having some “troubles” at the moment, Nebraska should have Rhule’a digits on speed dial. Maybe Rhule doesn’t do well against ranked teams, but there are 50-70, and a ton more programs that don’t do well against ranked teams. If he can get the Huskers to a bowl and winning games they should, get his ass in Lincoln soon.
Agreed, would be a good get for either school and I think he is successful once again in college. Just didn't have a QB in Carolina.

And the ones he had couldn't stay healthy because the o-line isn't good. McCaffreys injuries didn't help either.

that's what I would do if I were a new coach, negotiate ability to craft my own roster and then I'd sell every player that would get a return. We would SUCK the next year and get great draft capital. And then I'd hire the best analytics and scouting staff I could find, money whip them into coming over.

The name I hear the most is Hugh Freeze.
Personally, I go after Mark Stoops and Lane Kiffin although I don't think either takes it.
After that, I would try and get Dave Clawson or Matt Rhule.
If Auburn wants to take a risk and I think he would be better than Freeze I would look to Kendal Briles.

Might be better job security and pay with Nebraska, which is kinda funny to think about. Carolina is a train wreck and may need to strip it down again to enhance their very limited draft assets. They need to tank.
