I think Rattler's time at QB for OU is done. I saw a clip of him after the Texas game, he was walking by himself to the lockerroom instead of celebrating with the team on the field.

He was with the team immediately after the game. After the fans rushed the field, he was escorted to the locker room for safety precautions is what I read. His dad said Spencer will remain with the team until Jan 10th, then decide what to do from there with his future.

Now if that is what actually happens, I have no clue.

had to look him up, he went back home to play for UNLV. Well, "play" is a loose term. He saw one game, against Iowa St in that blowout loss, and went 2-6 for 27 yards.

What I don't want to see is Spencer Rattler deciding to take another run at it next year at OU (since the Heisman Trophy and high draft pick are not gonna happen this season for him) and that causes Caleb Williams to enter the transfer portal.
