Mid-May Monday Thread

morning

taxes are due today...I thought the due date was moved to July...so I guess I am doing my taxes this evening.

my dryer is screaming at me. I think the belt is done. I don't think it is worth it to try to change it myself though...it might be under warranty too...
 
Weekend was good. Stopped in Dayton to get dinner with a friend. Stayed in Cincinnati Friday night. Went to a couple breweries. On Saturday, we went to Madison, IN and hiked in Clifty Falls. Was a cool little town. Then went to a sokkie Saturday night in Louisville.

It was moved in some of the states that were impacted by the winter storms (Texas, Louisiana, etc)...I think there were 7 or 8 in total

apparently we just moved it to today...so I am doing that.

Can't find the receipt from the washer and dryer that the previous owners bought, so I guess I can't really do anything about that
 
Lyft/Uber was kind of disappointing over the weekend. Minimum waits of 20 minutes inside fairly large cities (Cincinnati and Louisville) aren't cool. I could see it if there was some huge event, but no... Just Friday and Saturday nights.
 
found the contact info for my front door, which is peeling. Gave them a call and I am JUST under the warranty and they will fix the paint...like a week from now I won't be under warranty.
