Only thing I can thing of is last year jumping (actually shit 2 years ago) out of a moving golf cart and twisting the ankle... At the time it really didn't bother me but over the past couple of months it's been a pain.. Granted my knee isn't helping it but I think i did twist it jumping off cart and it never healed correctly. It's not broken I know that much
