Midnight Madden Thursday

I think I've spent more time coordinating scheduling for the FM Global LPGATour Event in Norton than I have at my actual job today!

that sounds like a fun role. I'd volunteer for something like that in a heartbeat.

I can't tell if you are serious or mocking me...

I am a hole captain and trying to get people to cover is like pulling teeth

I haven't scanned through this thread... Why are we mentioning this poster? Who is he/she?
used to post with us at our OG forum that @Fish ran.

he is a Wisconsonite.

But @ill you want to volunteer for the LPGA Tour Event in Norton, MA August 28th-Sept 1?

not this year...but I do want to volunteer for a professional golf event.

the Solheim Cup is here in VA...I would have liked to do that one.

morning everyone

Went to HH with a buddy last night, so that was fun

Have to go Wisconsin this saturday to mow my FIL's lawn and other chores, not too thrilled by that. But I've avoided past several trips, so I should probably go or risk divorce I guess
wouldn't it be cheaper just to pay someone there to do it? (and save yourself from making the trip?)

This will be my first LPGA event so I am excited to see how this one is run. Also, As far as I know Lexi and Nelly will be in the field so that's pretty sweet

I tried to volunteer for that one but I just couldn't make times/accommodations work

I don’t know what a “hole captain” does at an LPGA event, but I’m pretty sure I want in.

Puts on a radio and watches women.. errr....

It is basically just being a regular volunteer, keeping people quiet, inside the ropes etc and making sure the volunteers actually do their jobs
