I averaged 120 losses from 2009-2011 but at least my rebuild worked out and I've been killing for over a decade, I feel awful for the teams that tear everything down just to have their prospects bust in the end.

Baseball is so much tougher to rebuild.

You can’t hit on a young reliever until he busts as a starter. Only 2 prospects of the 100 are listed as RPs. And both are still starters.

Technically, if the reliever is 18, and you are not his supervisor (or have some kind of professional power over him), feel free to hit on him.

It's funny that you mention that. When my rebuild was still in its infancy the vision was that when I got to the World Series Aroldis would be starting the first game and Gordon Beckham would be leading off. When it happened it was right on schedule but Chapman was sitting around out in the bullpen and Beckham was batting 8th in front of the pitchers. Even when you get it right you had it all wrong.

My top prospect already is at a different position than when I acquired him.

Ah, you're in decent shape then. You really need to load up on those top end guys in fantasy because you really need them to win and some of them (as you know) will miss. I always hated having to worry too much about stolen bases when playing fantasy as well, the minor league numbers are usually meaningless.

The reliever thing that you mentioned earlier is more of a bitch in fantasy than in sim too, if one of my starters gets bounced to the bullpen in real life it's obviously disappointing for me but at least he has the same value for me back there whether or not he gets save opps as long as he gets guys out.
