When you guys were kids did you play even/odd with coins as a way of gambling?

As kids we played a quarter wall toss. You threw the coins at the wall and whoever was closer won.

My friends and I are all now degenerate gamblers. We'll put money on almost anything. We played a lot of card games when we were younger like Hearts, Gin, Deuces and shit even high card for money. Then we evolved in poker and 13 card poker as the optimal games.

Always enjoy a good game of hearts. Played a ton of cribbage growing up as well.

We used to call it lag. I won like $9 off my uncle playing in 1979, I remember we were lagging and watching the Orioles vs Pirates World Series game.
 
I thought of a wrinkle to my bucket draft idea. We assign a dollar value to each bucket of players and when it’s your turn you can pick a player from whatever bucket you want, so it’s kind of a bucket and cap draft but the bucket is players not teams like we’ve done in the past.

I don't think we need to do that. Everyone here is so good at drafting now that there is little chance of anyone being able to really load up on stars with this field of players

2021 NFL Playoffs Fantasy Pool - Post Teams Here

Since the NFL added 2 teams, I have to make a couple of tweaks to the lineup to make it work. Basically, we dropped the kickers and added a starter to every position. Entries are due by kickoff on Saturday (1/9). Scoring... Passing - 1 point per 25 yards, 4 pts TD. 2 pt - 1...

I have the entire offense done and ready. The defense I have the defensive line done, still need to do the linebackers and secondary.
