I will participate in the playoff challenge but I'm sitting out the next mock

So what's the idea? An NCAA Tourney kind of point system? But it's not round to round, you make all your picks before the playoffs...

WC - 1 pt per win (6 total)
Div - 2 pts per win (8 total)
CCG - 4 pts per win (8 total)
SB - 8 pts for winner
30 total points

As the mock's resident Canadian I'd like for us to do a NHL draft for sure.
 
I have been thinking about a couple rule changes.

1. We get 2 hours to pick, I think starting round 9 we get 1 hour? Your thoughts?
2. I was also thinking about having 2 people on the clock at a time starting round 9

EX... Starting round 9

DRAFT ORDER
1. Milk
2. Shane
3. UK
4. Femur

Starting round 9 Milk and Shane are both on the clock, let's say Shane picks, then Milk and UK would be on the clock, if UK picks Milk and Femur are OTC. The most you can be skipped is 2 rounds. Might speed things up later in drafts. Your thoughts?
