Monday Again

On the advice of my Dr. I started UV light therapy over the weekend. Its been 3 days but I am feeling pretty good

Yea that's over the top
I have run a few times with a balaclava but there was an opening for the nose so it wasn't as bad as a mask. I try to be respectful if I encounter people on the trail and move away from them if I can.

to treat what?
Unfortunately, I live in an area that is one of the most cloudy in the nation during the winter months. Until this past Saturday it had been 2 weeks since there was sunshine. Plus I work in an office environment with artificial lighting and few windows

Its definitely a thing. I usually hit my wall around February. But it's been much easier to deal with since I left Toledo. That little bit more warmth I guess.
Agreed. I know there are a lot of people who are skeptical but it only makes sense that if you are low on vitamin D its going to affect you. Of course some people (like me) are more susceptible than others

It does work. The light therapy. I've never done it but when I was in college I did and I knew a few people who did..
I am going to give it 2 weeks and see how it goes. The weekend was sunny for once so that could account for it too
