Hey, for a few years there I was subleasing several alts. It was a crazy time. But like every bubble this too came to a crashing halt

I think the idea is to intervene before the wood "rots" of course.

Sometimes I have to tear away rotted out sections and putty them in, if it's not too big. Otherwise, boards need to be replaced.

Prime and two coats of premium latex will do you fine for a decade or more.
 
Speaking of, it's time to get off my ass. Power wash my last big job for the summer.

It's tits though, since it's right next door.

Definitely never heard that before.
 
Had to go down to see the pups and learn the training techniques. Decided they both are going to stay an extra 4 weeks. The Dane is doing pretty good with the leash training, but the next 4 weeks are getting them to do the commands off-leash. It was great to see those goofy bastards. I miss them. The lab was so excited to see us that it took her about 10 minutes before we could get her to do the training.

I didn't love it, but I was actually lowkey rooting for Bayern in this case. I actually dislike PSG more. Not a fan of those clubs that are owned by bajillionaire oil sheikhs, which PSG is like the Man City of mainland Europe.

You still get a middle finger though

My younger one (9 now) LOVED that Nintendo LABO stuff with the VR and the robots. Very unique and kept him engaged for quite some time. Something to consider if looking for games.
 
Speaking of video game systems, my older appears not to be a chip off the old block. I was a playstation guy, but he came up to us this week and is going on and on about he wants the new Xbox that "looks like a refrigerator."

Guess we're going Microsoft in the house.

I'm a soccer front runner in the Top 5. I figured if I'm going to add it to sports I follow then I'm rooting for winners. So Bundesliga & top overall is Bayern, with Leverkusen as my Europa league; Premier League: Man City & Norwich; La Liga: Barca; Ligue 1: PSG & St Étienne; Serie A: Napoli & Roma.
