Morning all, woke up to a light dusting of snow on the ground. Yuck

Gonna be a gray week. Weather patterns set up for 4 continuous days of off and on light rain.

morning

nice crisp spring day here...might be time to put plants out on the front porch? Maybe wait until May?

volleyball meeting tomorrow night...I am ready to get this shit started! Unfortunately we can't play until June because there are sand bees in May...

Hate needing to wear a sweatshirt inside.... Yes I know "turn on heat" but why, it's March 4th! I shouldn't need it!

I am doing that too...have a light jacket/sweatshirt on with my LL Bean slippers and sweatpants on...I am comfy.

Good day all.

I feel your pain OP. Only 75 today here. Hopefully warms up a bit in the coming days.

Slow weekend. Touring a house this afternoon.

What's a sand bee?

What's a sand bee?
guess technically it is a mining bee...but they burrow into our courts in the spring. We wait until they go away before we start our season in June

I hope that's all we get. Looks like tomorrow through Friday it's supposed to rain. Looks like it will be good for reservoirs and such, but not good for baseball. Have our home opener Saturday, so the league has a parade planned.

First game was fun. Nobody melted down, so great success there. Ham had to leave the game after 2 innings to get to ballet rehearsal. Went from wearing catchers' gear to ballet clothes in less than an hour.

You can probably put your plants out, looks like the last freeze in up here was this past weekend.

You sound like my sister and BIL @Guy Incognito they freaking race around more than a anyone I know with all the sporting events my niece and nephew partake in

We actually keep it relatively sane, compared to some other parents. She's only signed up for one sport in a season. I know some parents do baseball and soccer in both spring and fall, plus dance and gymnastics classes. Dance is only going to conflict two more times with baseball. Most of our games are in the morning on Saturday, and her rehearsals are late in the afternoon. We only have one other afternoon game, then maybe the day of her recital she may have to miss the game, depending on call time.

Otherwise, we try to avoid scheduling insanity. Probably won't be able to help it much once Tank starts getting involved.
