I assume at any restaurant I'm putting myself at jeopardy with questionable food safety standards. I also go to places that are pretty busy and reputable so assume there is decent turn over on sauce
 
Daughter just texted and said they got the duplex unit we looked at for them on Saturday. In this market, the place is a diamond in the rough.

Manager said they had about 100 inquiries about it when they listed it.

I am happy.

Mrs Pnk doesn't like biscuits and gravy, so it's up to me to eat it all, so I just order out.

Friend of mine made it once for me when I was over, she used a box. I was like are you kidding me? You don't need prepacked biscuits and gravy kit. She wasn't a good a cook

I thinking it was our stellar representation as her parents and pillars of the community.

Seriously, I don't know how we lucked out. I told the wife to throw in an extra five bucks on the application fee to "sweeten the pot", she said some guy offered them $2,000 on top of rent and deposit if they'd give the unit to them immediately.

Went home for lunch and found a bag of smash burger at my door. I’m assuming someone ordered grub hub and had it delivered to wrong door. Contemplated eating it but who the fuck orders brussel sprouts from smash burger? Trashed.
