oh, made meatloaf on smoker. It's been at least a decade since I last had meatloaf, probably longer. Thought maybe I'd enjoy it more if it were on the grill. Nope, it turned out ok, I don't think it was anything I did, just don't care much for meatloaf. Could've used more caramalized onion or cheese in middle, but since I didn't care much not going to worry about a jazzed up version

in some cases, I even like onions.

Still a lot of cases I don't like onions however, they can still ruin pizza, omelettes, etc

I always to a large water bath to help out. The bacon also helps keep too much smoke out. But I know a lot of guys that don't do water at all, but a sand tray or just water when needed.

I did not.

Wasn't dry either. I think it's mostly that I don't like texture of meatloaf. Mostly followed this girls work

I'd mail you the left overs, but I don't think it'll hold up. I'm going to make a sandwich tonight with leftovers and probably toss the rest. Feels like a waste, but I probably have a 1lb of meatloaf left
