Teddies look about 3-4

I did not.

Wasn't dry either. I think it's mostly that I don't like texture of meatloaf. Mostly followed this girls work
You should check out "smoked fatty". Sounds like something completely different but it's meatloaf like but you stuff a bunch of other stuff in there. I've never smoked a straight meatloaf, always more of the fatties.

I've used a lot of this guys recipe. You have to get past his whole "click here to buy the rub recipe" schtick but his stuff is pretty good

now i want fucking meatloaf.

my exwife used to make "personal meatloafs" in ramekins. klinda cool, vs a giant loaf.
My wife does that in the oven inside. She's pretty good at it, but uses smaller loaf pans. that way everyone gets the crisp top edges.

Dang now I want a meatloaf too. I did a brisket yesterday so will ahve that for a few days.

MRs Pnk would never eat it, so would have it to make while hosting something.

I might make myself some armadillo eggs this weekend

NICE.

My wife and kid don't do spicy jalepenos, so pro tip here...halve and seed jalepenos then soak them in sprite for a few hours. Then I'll usually stuff them with a cream cheese +shred cheddar mix then wrap in bacon. They come out with all the jalepeno flavor but for some reason zero heat.

i did ribeyes yesterday. brought 3 over to my buddies, and 2 pies. i try and keep red meat to 3 days a week tops. ate my steak, left the pies.

i smoke pot. :headbanger: pies and pot are a bad mix.

Interesting. I "accidentally" drove off with food without paying
There was an SNL skit that had Mike Myers and some others doing this to a number of places then driving off laughing hysterically.

Charcoal grill? For ease I usually use a propane grill but got a nice weber charcoal in about May. Since I'm at home I have time in the evenings to go get the coals rolling and still grill/eat at a decent time. Man I did some ny strips over super hot hardwood charcoal and the taste was night and day different than propane. I've never been a propane snob, but I could taste the difference. Just hotter and crisper and I think the flareups give it that extra little flavor.

Speaking of sleeping on your stomach...wonder where @SlinkyRedfoot has been?
On our 8th grade class trip to DC, we fit 4 kids to a room (2 double beds). I was sharing a bed with one of my buddies. His dad was a chaperone. He did his final check in the first night, and when he was leaving, he said "sleep on your back, gobucks"

I don't think I will be dumping the wife to go travel to the NE for some random gym owner

Not yet anyway lol
If you decide to, try to find one that doesn't have a forehead like Peyton Manning.
