Yes I have, wife brought some home from Fazolis just the other day.

I wanted a fritatta but they didn't have any.

I think @Bayou Tiger eats squirrel, which is close enough to rat. Not sure that he boils them, though.

Fazoli's still around? Like the fast food-ish italian joint? They all left North texas, used to eat there after college.
 
When I went to Italy about a decade ago I made sure to eat lasagna for every dinner. I had one place that is was by far the best I've ever had. It was right in a piazza and I can get the name of it again. they used more cinnamon than most and that gave it a really creamy texture. Damn that was the BEST.
