I'm willing to try most cuts of meat, Anthony Bourdain was place in Louisiana I think, had pig ear sandwich. The story goes original owner got pig ears for free.

Most definitely. That was the cause of one of them being broken. The basket...not a kid....at least not yet.

I’m also not down with brains, organs, etc. Not big on caviar either.
 
In high school we brought friend to KFC, who somehow went his entire life without eating at KFC

What do I order

Chicken, Joe, you order chicken.

Back then their options were more limited, you had original, extras crispy, and how many pieces you wanted plus sides

Yes. that happened to me once, I called amazon and they shipped new ones to me.
 
never heard of fazolis, but seeing their restaurant locations, I can tell it'd be among the best italian around

The color scheme used for the restaurant locations screaming Indonesian flag offers up another nice level of authenticity.

Lady: I want gizzards, but Everytime I order them you guys screw them up


Gets her order

Lady: you screwed them up again ( continues to berate the employee)....I want a refund


Manager: sorry, can I try again, if still wrong I'll refund your money ( I was impressed, the place has good chicken, customer service not so much, I expected them to tell her tough luck)

Manager brings out new batch that looked identical to batch lady rejected


Lady: much better, thank you

I didn't realize there were gizzard conniseur
