Might die on a hill today. The worthless account manager put the wrong shipping address for the upcoming onsite. I got the first 2 packages of 4 returned Thursday and 3rd of 4 on Friday. Doubt we will see the 4th one as it went to Amazon in another state somehow. He was adamant it was right it wasn't so I had to reroute 2 we sent Thursday back to that bad address. Supposed to arrive today at the correct but we shall see. The "customer happiness" manager was pissed off, I sent her a long email which probably pissed her off even more. She was mad that the project manager was given the impression that it wasn't major, well yeah because the account manager that fucked up didn't want to tell him he did. Not like this project manager gives any damn feedback anyways. The team he's supposed to be in charge of has only talked to him for 5 minutes. Maybe their bad attitude is rubbing off on me, but I told them it's looking like their jobs are trying to be reduced in role or eliminated. I think they finally are agreeing with me. I wouldn't be surprised that the company moves within a year or 2 to ATL.
