And i wholeheartedly disagree. There is always the chance a lower seed goes on a run like Ohio State did this season. That's exactly what makes March Madness so great. In the BCS system you never actually know if the 2 best teams have been selected. It's all based on opinion and "strength of schedule" when schools play vastly different schedules with very few if any common opponents. And even comparing common opponent games is a fallacy.

A tournament bracket is far better for deciding a champion. Relying on regular season only is only good for maintaining the importance of going undefeated and encouraging cupcake OOC matchups.

They know Ohio St did it the right way and went through the hardest path of all-time to this point.

Too many haters. I’m here to enjoy the victory and being the hunted for one year.

I think it’s pretty ironic that you made this thread given you said last year Michigan was the most legitimate national champion and all national champs moving forward would be watered down?
 
With his football had developed, and how important the QB position has become, I find it kind of funny Ohio State has won National championships with Craig Krenzel, Cardale Jones, and Will Howard under center but not with Troy Smith, Dwayne Haskins, Justin Fields, or CJ Stroud. Hell, Braxton Miller too.

Not that those three weren't great, especially when the spotlight and the pressure was on. Just weird to have 3 championships in a time frame and your best 4 to 5 QBs in that time frame didn't win any of them

Gonna need to see a receipt on that one. I searched and can find nothing like that.

I have said for a year that last year's championship was illegitimate because the team cheated.

At some point in time, I know you've mentioned you have a wife and kid (kids?). Yesterday, the day after your archrival won the national title, you spent all day (I've looked at your posts, it was as if you never looked away from the boards) talking about it, complaining about it, trying to troll, etc. Over 100 posts in under 24 hours.

Not exactly making a compelling case when you say this national title hasn't ruined you.

Nah, yesterday I was 1. At work most of the day in meetings. Easy to post. and then 2. My oldest is in a play that requires we drive her almost every night for the last like month to the local theater to drop her off for practice and sit there for a few hours. So last night I was just sitting in an auditorium from 5-9 after work, plenty of time to kill.

You guys need to have the CFP folks change the playoff more frequently. First year of the four team CFP - Ohio State wins it. First year of the twelve team CFP - Ohio State wins it!
