Most Intriguing week based on Preseason projections

South Carolina? Vandy got in their heads and now Bama is a hot mess?
Probably not. We blew our wad in the Kentucky game and the first half of the LSU game

Some damn good games this week. I'm kinda surprised really none are at noon though.

You know, I am beginning to wonder about going to games. I have been to 30-40 in my life. Won home game tickets through Subway for Vick's 1999 season.

I have about six P4 stadiums within a 2.5 hour drive from me. Now, if we are talking big games, and I could get tickets at a decent price, I might go. But is there really a better seat than on my couch, three TV's, my bourbon, not having to take the chance on rain, etc. I do miss going to them, but man, my couch is pretty comfy.
I was at the crappy TCU game last Friday and I’ve come to the same conclusion you have. It was televised on ESPN. Those TV timeouts are painful at the stadium. At home I can switch back and forth during the game. In the stadium those 3 1/2 minute TV timeouts seem like an hour.

My daughter gets them free with easy parking but I think I’ll tell her pass from now own unless she needs me to take the grands.

what are the odds we see that again?

South Carolina vs Alabama
Wake Forest vs Clemson
UAB vs Army
Stanford vs ND
Arizona vs BYU
Miss St vs UGA
Hawaii vs Boise

arizona maybe

I don’t see any upsets in that group. But the only one I felt would happen last week was A&M over Mizzou. So what the hell do I know?
