Rhule and company are gonna have to develop a shitload of 3*s into 4*s.

The only reason Nebraska finished #18 in 247 Team Rankings is the shear number of 3*s. There were 23 of them.

You literally have to get to #44 BYU to find that many 3*s or more in the 2024 class.
Next would be #50 USF with 27 of them.
