As good teams find out, when you get to the top, or close thereto, people come for your coaches. That was part of our problem this year. It's why Saban was slipping in his final few years ... huge coaching turnover year in and year out and you aren't always going to make the right picks, even if the fans think they know exactly who you should get.

I can't remember who it was, but someone referred to M&B as a Walmart @OregonDucks . I thought that was pretty funny. And accurate.

Our legitimate natty has him in ruins. He knows nobody respects michigan on account of cheating like mad so he keeps trying (and failing) to troll because it's all he has left.

Lol it's hilarious to see people actually arguing that a team winning fucking FOUR straight games against top 10 teams to win a playoff for the national title is a "illegitimate champion"

Well you have to consider the source. They went 75 years between titles and the one they have is tainted and may end up getting stripped. They don't know what legitimate winning football is without cheating.
 
Crazy to have this game so late on a Monday..

Game ended and it was straight to bed to be up early for a work flight in the morning. Finally, just got in and had a chance to sit and think about the win for a second.

Since the UM game, it has been a wild ride. From feeling down and hopeless to absolute joy. The stretch of beating Tennessee Oregon, Texas, ND and how they did it has to be my favorite run in OSU history. So happy for Day, Sawyer, the seniors, ect.

I was lucky to be in Dallas when they won 10 years ago. It showed me how precious these moments are. Have to really savor it and enjoy it, because it's so damn hard to win it all. Might never be back in that position.

Notre Dame, that was so impressive how you never quit. Had that game at one possession in the fourth. It really sucked seeing the pain on the face of Freeman and his players. Much respect to the program and its fans. All the posters here are cool in my book. Wish y'all success again next season.

It's not just Michigan fans, there's all kinds of crying about Ohio State winning all over the internet, funny how nobody has a problem when some SEC team who didn't make their conference title game wins it all, but when it's Ohio State its "bad for the sport"

I haven't really seen that too much, but fuck em anyhow. Let me know the next time a team wins the NC and finishes with six (6!) top ten wins on the season. We were clearly the best team in the nation.
