Thought Clemson really dominated this game and could have been much worse than the score showed. They juuuust missed on a few plays that could have changed everything.
Defense played its best game. Not sure if NC state was tipping its screens or something, but Clemson knew it was coming every time. And they’ve given up a million yards this year on screens. Was surprised they didn’t challenge the corners more. DBs made just enough plays to be respectable. Dline was awesome.
DJ was great. Missed two throws he should’ve had. Other than that he was nearly perfect. Oline continues to improve.

this game will be the high water mark for Clemson this season. they wanted to come out and show the world they're "still Clemson" on national tv against a respected/ranked opponent, so they had a great week of preparation and it showed, especially on D, so hats off to them for taking care of business. But i wouldn't be surprised if, going forward, we see some "less than stellar" performances out of this group, i'm not really convinced that they'll be in play for the playoff come December.

pretty lol worthy that Kirk Herbstreit kept pushing the rhetoric that NC State's defense is world's better than Wake's while ignoring that NCSU's QB and WR play do not touch the Deacs
