It doesn't help that every time Furman gets whistled for a foul, the refs immediately return the favor. Fouls on Dunn and Franklin and then the travel against Beekman were awful calls.

for the life of me....
i will never know why Furman, gonzaga, san diego st, VCU, Iona, kent st can have all these good teams and Nebraska is shit every year.
That's a bit premature. I took Utah St in all three I filled out because the metrics say they are the better team.i guess taking Utah St out of spite for Mizzou wasn't a good idea
Man that is a good point. Hey no worries man Illinois can’t get to the sweet 16 even with good teams. Be interesting to see how the B1G does this year.
Big 12, ACC, SEC and Pac all just seem much more athletic

yep. of the B1G teams, I think I only have purdue making it to the sweet 16 and then losing promptly to duke
Different recruiting base.
Mid major schools (not Gonzaga) recruit 2 and 3 stars and keep them 4 years. While mediocre power schools recruit 3 and 4 stars and suffer a lot of turnover.
Nebraska gets 4 stars?
