My uncle had a new 1974 Cadillac Eldorado with the 500 cid engine.
It was so smooth. You couldn't even hear it running

My best friend older brother would pick us up after school sometimes.
He drove as fast as he could going home.
It was great.

My cousin had a brand new 1968 GTO.
Had the Ram Air 3 4-Speed.
Seemed fast when you were 10

Not this exact one, but the same year. My grandfather popped the rumble seat open and we puttered around town. I now own it. But the photos of it in my parents barn are mostly just from the front, so take this one instead.

This guy’s brother had a Firebird like this one and I was supposed to get to ride in it, but he loaned it to some dude who crashed it or something like that.

I did that at the State Fair in the mid 1970's.
I think it cost like $5.00 which was huge at the time.

It was worth it.

I think I paid 50 back in 1982.....took us around a few different towns during a July 4th celebration....a 30 minute ride I believe.

Yes it was worth it.....

Rode this from OU to Fort Sill and back one day.

Me and a couple friends convinced the cop in my hometown to give us a ride around town in the back of his car.

Was fun but our parents were mortified that we were seen by alot of people.

Pretty sure he was driving with a huge grin on his face.
