GAME Nebraska @ #3 Oklahoma | 11:00am | FOX

Prior to today:
Neb O averaged 34 pts/game.
Neb D averaged giving up 13 pts/game.

Neb scored 16(less than half avg).
Neb D gave up 23. Nearly 50% more than avg.

Granted, much more was expected from OU. There were, once again, deficiencies across the board. OU's O looks flat. Rattler is inconsistent. D backs still seem confused. Even Brkic is human, missing a 54 yarder. Giving credit where credit is due, Neb prepared for the game and played well. They seemed to understand what a rivalry(albeit old) means.

OU was fortunate to come out with a W. On to conference play. Lord help us!
 
I just sat through a game that was hard to swallow.

This isn't working. OU isn't close to preseason expectations.

Rattler is shaky as F. He can throw a nice ball but his running is a drop off from what we're used to seeing from an OU QB. The leadership just isn't there right now. Even his body language isn't what it should be. He's not the star we thought he would be. I don't know what the answer is. I just hope we don't get down against Texas and then see them have to try to fall back on Caleb Williams.

Riley's magic is starting to wear off. The O looks so-so........and those shovel passes? LMAO The people around me were disgusted/bewildered/P.O.'d. We've had a pitiful number of pass plays this season that have gone for more than 35 yards.

Our line is just too soft and their last possession showed they can do better but it's just not often enough to be a NC challenger.

If this doesn't get a lot better fast, we'll be struggling to win the conference championship again.

Nebraska is not a good football team. We should have woken up after Tulane. Now we've won another game where we were on the verge of catastrophe against a team that should not have been able to pull that off.

Nebraska showed that if you dig in and keep pounding that will keep you in the game against this Oklahoma team. Oklahoma's not physical enough to just brush people aside. Thank goodness Nebraska's kicking game is weak. They left 9 points on the field not counting a missed a long FG by a kicker that was supposed to be really good.

Kudos to the Huskers. Great fans. I wish them nothing but the best the rest of the season. But break out the prayer beads for Oklahoma if these players don't play better/get coached up pronto.

Man you guys need a coach.Its hard to believe that you guys haven't landed a big name coach with the prestige behind that football program. I talk shit about Nebraska bc they beat my Noles but on some real shit, that team has too much talent to be this bad.
 
Okay just home from the game. Went straight to the shower as I felt like a swamp rat and my seats were in the shade. Feel bad for those in the sun all day. Nebraska fans were great as expected. Not going to read through 44 pages but I assume its not good for OU. What has changed with Lincoln Riley? This is not his offense. Running the clock all the way down before snapping the ball. Very vanilla plays and barely any throws down field. He needs to fix his shit. And Rattler is not near as good as the last 3 guys that were here. I was hearing rumbling of put Caleb Williams in. That's a catch 22 though because if they do that and he's better than Rattler then Rattler probably comes back next year.

You are going to win by 30+ next weekend. People will talk how WVU may have a shot and then Saturday night will be a bloodbath. That’s how this usually works with us.

Same damn thing happens in Morgantown. Really wish they wouldn’t waste the 7:30 game on us next Saturday.
