i mean from a logic standpoint the point of the chains is to show where you have to go to make a 1st if the goal line is the point when you convert within the 10 then it is 1st and goal there isi no need to have it "set"

Not defend Frost, but I never saw first down indication. He clearly didn’t think it was 1st down.
