Nebraska Reveals New 'Modernized' Logo After Old Version Was Accused Of White Supremacy Link Due To OK Hand Gesture

Nebraska has revealed a new logo after the old version was accused of being linked to white supremacy due to an 'ok' hand gesture.

The Nebraska Cornhuskers have a new logo. While the university didn’t get rid of its iconic ‘N,’ it has introduced a new “modernized version” of the Herbie Husker alternate logo. The change wasn’t exactly by choice though, the Cornhuskers felt the need to change the logo because folks at the Anti-Defamation League believe that the old one is linked to white supremacy.


I'd say we should cancel them but they've pretty much done that themselves anyway.

Herbie using the OK symbol dates back to the 70s. The white supremacists using it, is a message board hoax from 15 years or so ago.

While I have met plenty of white racists here in Nebraska. This herbie thing was 100% bullshit as was the University's reaction.

I am quite certain that multiple people on the board of regents (who virtue signaled here) are in fact racists. Board Members
