There is no special teams coach. You think someone would stop being a dumbass and realize we need one. Greg Austin should be left in Michigan

Go an entire half without giving up a first down but still lose because you make mistakes in every other phase of the game

At this point you have to blame coaching. These kind of consistent mental and physical errors are almost solely attributed to coaching.

It is maddening, absolutely maddening. You look at all 3 losses and you can point to opportunities to have WON and be 5-0 if not for terrible special teams (im not saying we would be 5-0 but fuck it doesnt seem crazy when you look at the stupid ST play that leads to enough points to lose by)

Frost is a pussy, he ain't firing anybody unless he is told too. Hell, he may need to go as well. Why do they continue to have these stupid ass penalties' game in and game out?? I tell you what, NU sure sold the B1G on their brand years ago. The main men's sports team (basketball & football) are not on the B1G level.
 
Frost needs to go out and hire a ST coach tonight. Put a fucking ad in the paper.

That was the punters fault on that return. He clearly punted to the wrong side of the field.

The Illinois lose is mostly on Martinez IMO. Fumble for TD, numerous passes that missed wide open player and other stupid shit he did.
