Aw poor Texas fans don't like being talked to like that? Get over it, if it wasn't your sole purpose in life to go into every thread and talk shit about Nebraska, you wouldn't have anything to worry about. Yeah, the parents sueing for transparency for their kids to be able to participate in a life changing sport is ridiculous and totally the same thing as someone calling you a bitch.

Stop acting like a bitch. You used to be better than that... even for a Texas fan.

God, I hate that theory.

"Oh, hey OSU. Go ahead and bite this $110 million bullet"

"What? Why the fuck would we do that?"

"FUCK TRUMP!"

"Oh, haha.... You bet!"
Oh yeah, makes total sense when ya put it that way

lol.. bro i'm not taking this personal, just laughing about parents screaming for football for their grown kids.. like it's gonna help. I get why everyone is upset but homie, the decision is final. If I were a Nebraska fan, I would keep asking when they will have the Spring schedule/plan of course ready.

This suing thing won't do anything. If it's about transparency, the commish isn't at fault, the entire conference is.

Well when the University presidents are coming out and saying that there was no "vote" and Warren saying there was it looks suspect at minimum. There are a lot of suspect things here and nothing has been presented. The parents are asking that all the information used to make the decision as well as the votes and meeting minutes be released by noon on monday otherwise they will be sueing and well within their rights.

Travis laid it out fairly well.

Presidents are doing that to look good/ save face. How on earth could Warren be the one to make a call like that alone? He's a puppet. And if in some crazy scenario he gets to make decisions like that and has the power to do so.. well that would be even more tragic.

Hope y'all do get a spring season, I would watch for sure.

Well that is the problem. It looks like Warren either was the one manipulating things or simply made the call himself - neither should make sense or be acceptable. As a matter of fact, the conference shouldn't have a say in playing PERIOD. The tie in is to play conference opponents - if they aren't playing then the university(ies) that is should be allowed to seek outside competition until a time that the conference returns to functionality. But for that bitch to come out and threaten to kick a school out for wanting to do the thing that it is literally there to do is insulting nonsense and in my opinion is demonstrative of his belief in his power and manipulation.... but I'm biased.

FTR - I hope we go back the Big 12, I hope there are some changes made before that happens, but that is where I think Nebraska as well as Colorado, Missouri, A&M should be.

Freeze out Mizzu for arkansas..lol

Freeze out Mizzu for arkansas..lol
Well since this is all hypothetical anyway... I say just make it the first super conference.

North
The original Big 8

South
Texas
Arkansas - or Memphis if they don't want to leave the SEC
Baylor
Houston
SMU
TCU
Texas Tech
Texas A&M - or Arkansas St/Louisiana Tech if they don't want to leave the SEC either

That is a pretty sweet conference if you ask me.

Could do the 7 divisional opponents, 2 crossover on rotation, 3 noncon. Or even 3 crossover (one permanent for Texas/OU) and 2 noncon.... now I feel like I should do that on my NCAA 14 lol, though I am not sure if it allows 16 team conferences idk just rambling at this point lol.

seeing that.. crazy how many schools the state of Texas has

Then you are naive. You have to break eggs to make an omelet.

Covering all of the stories and rumors, they threw in this report that the presidents never voted to cancel. The entire thing stinks to high hell, and when these guys ask themselves why this happened, some of them eventually say the only thing left for them to guess is the election.

Seriously, can anyone else think of any reason to cancel so early without even delaying, yet they think it's OK to play in January?

I thought so too. I can't wait to see how this plays out, season or no. It smells fishy to so many of us, and if these presidents get deposed, then shit is going to hit the fan.

Kevin Warren should be gone, he is a disgrace and his son his playing football. He shouldn’t have a job next week
