Maybe in places where it doesn't matter. Here, the sellout streak is part of the program, part of the fans, businesses jump at the opportunity to give them to employees and/or customers.

All schools do it. The reason Nebraska gets to claim a sellout streak (as did Notre Dame up until recently, I believe) is because.... wait for it.... Nebraska sells out. The other schools that do it, still don't sell out, or at least don't have a streak worth talking about at the moment.
