I didn't know the B1G COVID policy until this hit the news and it's complete bullshit. I mean their protocol is grossly over-designed and will make it nearly impossible for you guys to finish a season that is worth a shit. I suspect this is because the powers that be didn't really want a season anyway so they designed to have a high probability to fail so they could say they were right.

I'm so glad I'm an SEC guy and don't have to deal with this crap.

within 5 minutes of the announced return. I posted on facebook that there is no way in hell the B1G is finishing this season.

The worst part for Wisconsin, probably not Nebraska, is they just lost some of their buffer before not being eligible for the B10 title game. You can only cancel 2 games and still be eligible.

I think the lesson here is to really appreciate every game you actually get to watch your team play this season.

The conference really didn't want to play this season.. which is why the guidelines are written the way they are. Warren's position is probably something like "y'all begged and fought for a season, saying you had all the proper protocols in place to pull this thing through.. and you haven't..enjoy the THREE week timeout"

I think Warren wanted to play - he wouldn't have released that revised, well thought out, schedule like two days before the Presidents voted to shut it down if he didn't expect and want to play.

Wisconsin will be lucky if their game against Purdue happens. Usually with this big of an outbreak you're out for 2 weeks. See ND, Florida etc.
