Life happened.
Grandfather died so i had to help my mom get his house ready for sale, he lived over an hour away. My mom’s health went to shit with her resting BP at 170/70 and drs have no idea why, father in law got cancer so I was spending weekends taking my wife to see him, bought a house so that has been eating up all my free time.

Welcome back, hope your life is starting to get back to normal after hearing all that. Happy to have ya here man.
