It’s sad if that kind of money goes for nothing. Oh hell, on second thought they’ve been hemorrhaging big bucks for years with little results.

1. Not coming ever, especially given the state of our program 2. Maybe, will be a good experiment with UW and 3. Really? Someone whose biggest job is CC??

When I start writing the big checks to the university I’ll start worrying about their fiscal responsibility lol

I Liked Fickell, Could have gone after Heupel, Candle is up and coming that will make it to a P5 school soon. I was not on board with Meyer.

It’s ridiculous to give away everything and the kitchen sink. Smells of desperation on Trev’s part.

1. Yeah, he may have for the right price. But whatever, he would still be #1.
2. Well at this moment in time, he's the best G5 prospect.
3. He is an interesting one for sure. But only being D1 since 2017 and taking them over at a sub .500 record, he has done well AND remained relatively consistent. He runs a nice offense too. He is a chance for sure, but like @Red_Alert, the only one I mentioned that isn't that big of a risk is Meyer. Other than him, they are all risky. I would be surprised to see Chadwell stay at CC much longer.

Fickell would have been good too…Rhule’s got better P5 results though. UW vs NU going forward will show who is better. I don’t think Heupel is realistic.

Have you seen coaches contracts lately? I don’t know that we are that far out of line with dollars or years. We have the money to do it and more coming in.

I agree, he’s gonna probably be a good coach. We can’t afford to risk “probably” right now though.
