Next Nebraska Head Coach

It’s disappointing that so many aren't willing to give Rhule a shot but he’s seen worse. Baylor was down to 45 scholarship players and one current commitment in their recruiting class when he took over. This could be a blessing in disguise, letting these guys turn the roster over and make it into their own faster.

I hope so. I guess the transfer portal works both ways which can be a good thing especially when picking up talented players with experience.

There is no guarantee they are leaving. I think once Matt and co talk to Malachi I think he stays.

but poor SOS air condintiing paid all that money for someone who never played a down for Nebraska. does this change NIL at all?

I am actually holding out hope that Hausmann is the same way. Clearly the brightest star on thr defense and Mathis sucked up a bunch of NIL money to do nothing. That dynamic will probably become more frequent and coaches will have to be smart about it.

Pretty sure everyone on the previous staff was removed and have to re-interview. Sounds like he might be sticking around, although I don’t think it will be in an on-field capacity.
